Strategic Plan
The creation of a private equity portfolio is one of the main new features of the plan, with the aim of reaching a value in 2030 of 4 billion euros (10% of the gross asset value).

100 companies
It is an investment project in a hundred small and medium-sized companies to which CriteriaCaixa will provide capital that will allow them to grow, develop their technology and create jobs. These investments will combine direct and indirect investment, and the creation of partnerships with leading managers.
We will accompany these SMEs in developing their decarbonisation goals, promoting their social action and maintaining good governance, in order to generate a positive impact on these companies and on people.
This plan is part of the drive outlined in the Strategic Plan for the holding’s private equity portfolio, aiming to reach an estimated value of 4 billion euros by 2030.
