Created in Barcelona in 1946, Colonial offers a portfolio of high-quality offices located in the best places in the city, well-connected to public transport to reduce travel times, and with all the services the city centre has to offer.
Present in both Spain and France, it offers prime locations in the cities of Barcelona, Madrid and Paris. Its assets have a high occupancy rate and an appealing portfolio of highly solvent customers.
One of Colonial’s goals is to work on improving energy efficiency through energy certification processes, in order to implement processes of continuous improvement in the properties. Its portfolio of properties is certified based on five standards: ISO 50001, ISO 14001, BREEAM, LEED and HQE. Currently, 90% of the Colonial Group’s real estate portfolio has at least one certification in this area.
