CriteriaCaixa aims to continue driving growth and consolidating a business and investment model based on environmental, social and good governance criteria. With this aim, the Plan will deploy a new ESG strategy, involving both its own management and investment criteria and the activities of its investees.

- Investment strategy on private equity.
- Plan to resize the existing real estate assets.
- Company model according to ESG criteria.
- Designing practices, processes and active management bodies.
