CriteriaCaixa strengthens its stake in Naturgy

Barcelona, 3 March 2026.- CriteriaCaixa, the holding company that manages the business assets of the “la Caixa” Foundation, has acquired an additional 2.5% stake in Naturgy for 611 million euros, taking advantage of the accelerated placement that GIP-Blackrock carried out on the capital markets last night.
Therefore, CriteriaCaixa strengthens its position as a shareholder of the energy company, reaching a stake of 28.5%, as proof of its commitment to the future of Naturgy.
